So we have these unlicensed bailiffs/ enforcement officers who issue with warrants or orders and these warrants /orders are null & void because of the above reason, lets put it this way if you walk into any court, stating your the beneficiary of the CQV trust, the judge will know exactly what your talking about, because all court cases are CQV trust meetings, when your summonsed to court, if you not aware your the beneficiary of the the trust, then your the one they'll make pay for that days trust meeting in the form of a fine, their counting on peoples ignorance and lack of knowledge the the court case is actually a trust meeting and not a court.

When bailiffs turn up to your home claiming they have a warrant or order, if the Police are present, you turn to the copper and say, can you escort me to the court where this warrant was signed, because its null and void, then you tell him your the beneficiary of the CQV trust and no Judge/trustee can suffer you the beneficiary a loss like what his bailiff buddies are trying to execute today with a void warrant, if he refuses to take your to the court where the warrant /order was signed,

then you let him know, that you will be going to the court where that warrant was signed, that you will dissolve the trust and you will tell the Judge/ trustee that you asked the copper to take you to court to sort out the warrant, and he will be liable for the losses to the trust, instead of the trustee or the executor.

Now if the copper has any brain cells he will remove the bailiffs from your property with immediate effect or hes in the shit big time, this is one area the CPS/Police have no authority or jurisdiction over any decisions its well out of their hands, the copper is responsible for his own actions then hes liable for the losses to the trust, no argument!
