First of all, let me say I was wondering how many examples I could find that prove this.
Let us begin with a maxim of law; we are all equal in the eyes of the law.
Acts and statues have the force of law when consent is given, why is consent required? Because it is not law! Why is it not law? Because it does not apply to everybody and we are all equal remember. With this in mind here are a few.
1. Going through a red light. Diplomatic, police / emergency services can do it so it is not law. We are all equal remember what Laws that apply to us must apply to others, uniform does not give special privileges or we would not be equal in the eyes of the Law. (Traffic signs and signals are only advisory; you chose whether or not to use them.).
2. MP'S can smoke in house of commons bar, which is a public place within a building, again it is not law because we are equal to them. If you vote someone to enter into parliament to act as spokesperson for you and then they in turn swear an oath to the queen, who is equal to them, remember you voted them into parliament? You are, so how can they pass acts and statues that can take your rights and put you in jail, and fine you and charge you for parking and travelling on public roads (Public land.) for administrative law, not Criminal Law, which is Common Law.
Halsbury Law states that there is no place in the UK for administrative law, (Contract law.).
3. Judges do not pay income tax. again it is not law but requires consent because we are all equal. Why do the Judges not pay taxes or be forced to? They know it is not Law. The queen allowed her family to pay taxes…with consent.
4. The queen at her coronation swore on oath to up hold “Gods Law according to the Gospel.” Which is Common Law, basically the commandments. Not acts and statues, which clearly are not Law but administrative law. Read “A layman’s guide to the English constitution by Burgess.”
5. Statutes made by governments (politicians) which have made laws that put themselves above the British Constitution for one, and there are perhaps others, are not legal because they do not have royal assent as is required by the Law and British Constitution. This shows that if the correct lawful path is not followed anywhere, where there is a constitution similar to the British situation, it cannot be legal.
6. Also, government and bodies are servants of the people, therefore how can a servant make laws that apply to the master? Tyranny often masquerades as our protector.
If you don’t know your rights, you effectively have no rights.
What does our protector do to help us learn our rights so we can defend our rights?
They are rules and policies of the company called UK. Plc. We are deemed employees of the company, therefore so for us to qualify for the company benefits we must follow their rules.
