If someones making demands of you, get them to prove they have power of attorney over you, because without it they have no right.
Banks have power of attorney over you, if you took out a loan or mortgage, unknowingly you gave it to them when you took out the loan etc, thats why the bank wins if their repossessing your home through the courts.
So if bailiffs, water companies, etc demand money off you, demand to see your letter of consent giving them power of attorney over you, no proof of power of attorney no claim.
For instance, if you go to court and don't enter a plea, if the judge says ill enter one for you, you say well i hope you can produce the letter of consent off me giving you power of attorney over me first.
Any one making out they have power over you get them to produce proof they have power of attorney over you first.
