Notice that Adam and Eve had only one name and that throughout the Holy Bible all of the people had only one name.

Even Jesus Christ had the one name of Emanuel before he came down to earth in the persona of Jesus.

The first two-thirds of the Holy Bible are called the Old Testament because it was God’s old will, or his old contract with man.  The recurring theme of the Old Testament was that man was never supposed to rule over another man.  In the Old Testament we have many examples of all the bad things that will continue to exist as long as man rules over man.

God sent his only begotten Son, Jesus the Christ, as an acceptable one-time blood sacrifice for the sins of all men that believe in Him (Christians) and this is the beginning of the New Testament (God’s new will, His new contract with man).

The real cause of man’s problems is that almost everyone unwittingly and ignorantly (lacking knowledge) chooses to try to be their own god in the same way that Adam and Eve erred in the Garden of Eden.  Satan the Devil tricked Eve into accepting that a snake could talk and into accepting that by eating from the tree (God’s Trust) of good and evil that Adam and Eve could be just like God.  Wrong choice! How could the created be just like the Creator?

Because man rejected God, He ordained man’s government to be their gods until he ordains it time to have his Son take over as our King.  The system and structure of man’s government is ordained by God and we are still being tested by God using man’s government to see if we are worthy of God.

The offer that we are given is to chose between being a Christian (defined by the American Heritage dictionary as, “One who professes belief in Jesus as Christ or follows the religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus.”) or being an unbeliever (heathen, ethnic, pagan).  Christ only came to remind us of our Father God’s will and to do His will and Jesus repeatedly said, “It is written” because Jesus was repeating his Father’s words and will. 

Remember the false offer that Satan the Devil gave to Eve? We are still being tested and given a false offer by our temporary god, man’s government, and it begins at our birth.  Perhaps it is because of the simplicity of the offer that most people do not have the ears to hear or the eyes to see the false offer and the deception it entails.

What is this false offer? It is this:
Will you respect God’s will and trust God or do you want to try to be your own god?

In this temporary secular world the way you answer this question depends on the name you choose to carry and identify with on this earth.  Specifically, you either choose to carry a Christian name or an Anti-Christian pagan name.  The secular world system is set up for war for your soul through heraldry, arms, Coat of Arms, and the false accusation that most people carry over top of their Christian name ---- a blasphemous heathen pagan secular “Surname”.  The characters in the Holy Bible had only one name even after God or Jesus gave them a new name.  Jesus the Christ (meaning the anointed one) was the earthly name of God’s only begotten Son, Emanuel.

What’s in a name? One name is worldly (the Anti-Christian secular “Surname”) and the other name is spiritual (the Christian name, aka “First” or “Fore”).  In the Holy Bible it is written:

In the English language the prefix “Sur” means to put something on top of (examples: surcharge, surtax, surcoat).

Didn’t Pontias Pilate (the Roman prefect of Judea who ordered the crucifixion of Jesus) put a false name (title) over top of Jesus on the cross? Do you think that a false name (title) could have been placed over top of your Christian name creating an unholy alliance between the Christian name and a pagan name? Is your name Christian or pagan?

In de-jure - Truth is truth and as well does concern facts, but not on its own.  Truth is found within the heart.  Truthful, Lawful and justful.

Without the principle, Law, the real Law from the creator, then the concerning law of "FACT", legal means nothing to good men, woman and children, it is an unlawful act of a criminal, but on the other hand, if you commit a crime, then you have to abide by that legal "FACT", still not the law, its part of a law, but not the whole of it, and not truth, a corruption of the truth/lie.  Its more of a negative, law than a positive, law, with lots of elements missing, it could be classed as a Defacto.

Hundreds of so called legal books, written by men in office, created for the man or woman in office fiction, Fictions cannot create real law, they can create law for themselves.  The real law, is mine, yours and every ones, my creator, your creator, created that law within each and everyone of the real people.  Truth is a huge aspect of the law, the "FACT" and truth are LAW, with more elements added to it, so a "FACT" of law, concerning the law.
 
Without De-jure law, de-facto is lacking, humanity.  Legal is a fact, legal is not law, it is law in commerce.  An element of one thing cannot be an element of another, unless its been added too.  The LAW is higher than legal.

Confidentiality
7. (a) The primary duties of those who hold the office of constable are the protection of life and property, the preservation of the Queen’s peace, and the prevention and detection of criminal offences.  To fulfil these duties they are granted extraordinary powers; the public and the police service therefore have the right to expect the highest standards of conduct from them.

Espionage or spying involves a government or individual obtaining information considered secret or confidential without the permission of the holder of the information.  Espionage is inherently clandestine, as it is taken for granted that it is unwelcome and, in many cases illegal and punishable by law.  It is a subset of intelligence gathering, which otherwise may be conducted from public sources and using perfectly legal and ethical means.  It is crucial to distinguish espionage from intelligence gathering, as the latter does not necessarily involve espionage, but often collates open-source information.

Espionage is often part of an institutional effort by a government or commercial concern, however the term is generally associated with state spying on potential or actual enemies primarily for military purposes.  Spying involving corporations is known as industrial espionage.

One of the most effective ways to gather data and information about an enemy (or potential enemy) is by infiltrating the enemy's ranks.  This is the job of the spy (espionage agent).  Spies can bring back all sorts of information concerning the size and strength of an enemy army.  They can also find dissidents within the enemy's forces and influence them to defect.  In times of crisis, spies can also be used to steal technology and to sabotage the enemy in various ways.  Counterintelligence operatives can feed false information to enemy spies, protecting important domestic secrets and preventing attempts at subversion.  Nearly every country has very strict laws concerning espionage, and the penalty for being caught is often severe.  However, the benefits that can be gained through espionage are generally great enough that most governments and many large corporations make use of it to varying degrees.

A heavy metal is a member of a loosely defined subset of elements that exhibit metallic properties.  It mainly includes the transition metals, some metalloids, lanthanides, and actinides.  Many different definitions have been proposed—some based on density, some on atomic number or atomic weight, and some on chemical properties or toxicity.  The term heavy metal has been called a "misinterpretation" in an IUPAC technical report due to the contradictory definitions and its lack of a "coherent scientific basis".  There is an alternative term toxic metal, for which no consensus of exact definition exists either.  As discussed below, depending on context, heavy metal can include elements lighter than carbon and can exclude some of the heaviest metals.  Heavy metals occur naturally in the ecosystem with large variations in concentration.  In modern times, anthropogenic sources of heavy metals, i.e. pollution, have been introduced to the ecosystem.

Aluminium (or aluminum) is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13.  It is a silvery white, soft, ductile metal.  Aluminium is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon), and the most abundant metal, in the Earth's crust.  It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface.  Aluminium metal is so chemically reactive that native specimens are rare and limited to extreme reducing environments. 

Instead, it is found combined in over 270 different minerals.  The chief ore of aluminium is bauxite.  Aluminium is remarkable for the metal's low density and for its ability to resist corrosion due to the phenomenon of passivation.  Structural components made from aluminium and its alloys are vital to the aerospace industry and are important in other areas of transportation and structural materials. 

The most useful compounds of aluminium, at least on a weight basis, are the oxides and sulfates.  Despite its prevalence in the environment, aluminium salts are not known to be used by any form of life.  In keeping with its pervasiveness, aluminium is well tolerated by plants and animals.  Owing to their prevalence, potential beneficial (or otherwise) biological roles of aluminium compounds are of continuing interest.

Barium is a chemical element with symbol Ba and atomic number 56.  It is the fifth element in Group 2, a soft silvery metallic alkaline earth metal.  Because of its high chemical reactivity barium is never found in nature as a free element.  Its hydroxide was known in pre-modern history as baryta; this substance does not occur as a mineral, but can be prepared by heating barium carbonate.

The most common naturally occurring minerals of barium are barite (barium sulfate, BaSO4) and witherite (barium carbonate, BaCO3), both being insoluble in water.  Barium's name originates from the alchemical derivative "baryta", which itself comes from Greek βαρύς (barys), meaning "heavy."  Barium was identified as a new element in 1774, but not reduced to a metal until 1808, shortly after electrolytic isolation techniques became available.

Barium has only a few industrial applications.  The metal has been historically used to scavenge air in vacuum tubes.  It is a component of YBCO (high-temperature superconductors) and electroceramics, and is added to steel and cast iron to reduce the size of carbon grains within the microstructure of the metal.  Barium compounds are added to fireworks to impart a green color.  Barium sulfate is used as an insoluble heavy additive to oil well drilling fluid, and in purer form, as X-ray radiocontrast agents for imaging the human gastrointestinal tract.  Soluble barium compounds are poisonous due to release of the soluble barium ion, and therefore have been used as rodenticides.

The Tribunal of the Holy Office of the Inquisition (Spanish: Tribunal del Santo Oficio de la Inquisición), commonly known as the Spanish Inquisition (Inquisición española), was a tribunal established in 1481 by Catholic Monarchs, Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella I of Castile.  It was intended to maintain Catholic orthodoxy in their kingdoms, and to replace the Medieval Inquisition which was under Papal control. It became the most substantive of the three different manifestations of the wider Christian Inquisition along with the Roman Inquisition and Portuguese Inquisition. The Inquisition was originally intended in large part to ensure the orthodoxy of those who converted from Judaism and Islam.  This regulation of the faith of the newly converted was intensified after the royal decrees issued in 1492 and 1501 ordering Jews and Muslims to convert or leave.  Various motives have been proposed for the monarchs' decision to fund the Inquisition such as increasing political authority, weakening opposition, suppressing conversos, profiting from confiscation of the property of convicted heretics, reducing social tensions and protecting the kingdom from the danger of a fifth column. The body was under the direct control of the Spanish monarchy. It was not definitively abolished until 1834, during the reign of Isabella II, after a period of declining influence in the previous century.

The concepts of an inquisition and inquisitorial procedure lie deep in the roots of world history.  Inquisitions were used during the decline of the Roman Empire until the Spanish Inquisition's decline in the early 1800s.  An inquisition can be run by both civil and church authorities in order to root out non-believers from a nation or religion.  The Spanish Inquisition was one of the most deadly inquisitions in history.

The Spanish Inquisition was used for both political and religious reasons.  Spain is a nation-state that was born out of religious struggle between numerous different belief systems including Catholicism, Islam, Protestantism and Judaism.  Following the Crusades and the Reconquest of Spain by the Christian Spaniards the leaders of Spain needed a way to unify the country into a strong nation.  Ferdinand and Isabella chose Catholicism to unite Spain and in 1478 asked permission of the pope to begin the Spanish Inquisition to purify the people of Spain.  They began by driving out Jews, Protestants and other non-believers.

In 1483 Tomas de Torquemada became the inquisitor-general for most of Spain.  He was responsible for establishing the rules of inquisitorial procedure and creating branches of the Inquisition in various cities.  He remained the leader of the Spanish Inquisition for fifteen years and is believed to be responsible for the execution of around 2,000 Spaniards.  The Catholic Church and the Pope attempted to intervene in the bloody Spanish Inquisition but were unable to wrench the extremely useful political tool from the hands of the Spanish rulers.

The Inquisition was run procedurally by the inquisitor-general who established local tribunals of the Inquisition.  Accused heretics were identified by the general population and brought before the tribunal.  They were given a chance to confess their heresy against the Catholic Church and were also encouraged to indict other heretics.  If they admitted their wrongs and turned in other aggressors against the church they were either released or sentenced to a prison penalty.  If they would not admit their heresy or indict others. the accused were publicly introduced in a large ceremony before they were publicly killed or sentenced to a life in prison.  Around the 1540s the Spanish Inquisition turned its fire on the Protestants in Spain in an attempt to further unify the nation. 

The Spanish Inquisition's reign of terror was finally suppressed in 1834.

The Geneva Convention (1929) was signed at Geneva, July 27, 1929.  Its official name is the Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War, Geneva July 27, 1929.  It entered into force 19 June 1931.  It is this version of the Geneva Conventions which covered the treatment of prisoners of war during World War II.  It is the predecessor of the Third Geneva Convention signed in 1949. 

On their web site the International Committee of the Red Cross state that:

Provisions concerning the treatment of prisoners of war are contained in the Hague Regulations of 1899 and 1907.  In the course of World War I they revealed several deficiencies as well as a lack of precision.  Such defects were partly overcome by special agreements made between belligerents in Berne in 1917 and 1918. 

In 1921, the International Red Cross Conference held at Geneva expressed the wish that a special convention on the treatment of prisoners of war be adopted.  The International Committee of the Red Cross drew up a draft convention which was submitted to the Diplomatic Conference convened at Geneva in 1929. 

The Convention does not replace but only completes the provisions of the Hague regulations.  The most important innovations consisted in the prohibition of reprisals and collective penalties, the organization of prisoners' work, the designation, by the prisoners, of representatives and the control exercised by protecting Powers.

Dr. Paul Joseph Goebbels (29 October 1897 – 1 May 1945) was Adolf Hitler's Propaganda Minister in Nazi Germany.  He also served as Chancellor for one day, following Hitler's death.  He was known for his zealous and energetic oratory and virulent anti-Semitism.


To attract people, to win over people to that which I have realized as being true, that is called propaganda.  In the beginning there is the understanding, this understanding uses propaganda as a tool to find those men, that shall turn understanding into politics.  Success is the important thing.  Propaganda is not a matter for average minds, but rather a matter for practitioners.  It is not supposed to be lovely or theoretically correct.  I do not care if I give wonderful, aesthetically elegant speeches, or speak so that women cry.  The point of a political speech is to persuade people of what we think right.  I speak differently in the provinces than I do in Berlin, and when I speak in Bayreuth, I say different things than I say in the Pharus Hall.  That is a matter of practice, not of theory.  We do not want to be a movement of a few straw brains, but rather a movement that can conquer the broad masses.  Propaganda should be popular, not intellectually pleasing.  It is not the task of propaganda to discover intellectual truths.  Those are found in other circumstances, I find them when thinking at my desk, but not in the meeting hall.

An {anecdote} is a {short and amusing} or {interesting account}, {which may {depict a real incident} or {person}.  Anecdotes {can be as brief} as the {setting} and {provocation} of a bon mot (good word).  An anecdote is always presented as based in a {real incident} {involving actual persons}, whether {famous or not}, usually in an {identifiable place}.  However, over time, {modification in reuse} may convert a particular anecdote to a{fictional piece}, one that is retold but is "too good to be true". 

Sometimes humorous, {anecdotes are not jokes}, because their primary purpose is not simply to evoke laughter, but to reveal a truth more general than the brief tale itself,or to delineate a character trait in such a light that it strikes in a flash of insight to its very essence.  Novalis observed "An anecdote is a {historical element} — a {historical molecule} or {epigram}".  A brief monologue {beginning} "A man pops in a bar..." will be a joke.  A brief monologue {beginning} "{Once} J. (German: Ermächtigungsgesetz) was a 1933 constitutional amendment that played a critical role in the rise of Adolf Hitler to become the {dictator} and {Führer} of {Nazi} Germany by August, 1934.  It passed in the Reichstag and signed by President Paul von Hindenburg on 23 March 1933.  It followed the Reichstag Fire Decree, that gave Hitler plenary power.  It received its name from its {legal} status as an enabling act granting the Cabinet – in effect, the Chancellor – the authority to enact decrees without involving the Reichstag.  The act stated that it was to last four years unless renewed by the Reichstag, which occurred twice.
 
The formal name of the Enabling Act was Gesetz zur Behebung der Not von Volk und Reich (English: "Law to Remedy the Distress of People and Reich"). The phrase "life unworthy of life" (in German: "Lebensunwertes Leben") was a Nazi designation for the segments of populace which had no right to live and thus were to be "euthanized".  The term included people with serious medical problems and those considered grossly inferior according to the racial policy of the Third Reich.  This concept formed an important component of the ideology of Nazism and eventually helped lead to the Holocaust.  

The euthanasia program was known as Action T4.

The expression first occurs in the title of a 1920 book, Die Freigabe der Vernichtung Lebensunwerten Lebens (Allowing the Destruction of Life Unworthy of Life) by jurist Karl Binding, retired from the University of Leipzig, and psychiatrist Alfred Hoche from the University of Freiburg, both professors.  

According to Hoche, some living people who were brain damaged, mentally retarded, psychiatrically ill were "mentally dead", "human ballast" and "empty shells of human beings".  Hoche felt killing such people was useful.  Some people were simply considered disposable.  Later the killing was extended to people considered 'racially impure' or 'racially inferior' according to Nazi thinking.

Those considered to be "deviant" or a "source of social turmoil" in {Nazi} Germany and the occupied Europe fell under this designation.  The "deviant" category included the mentally ill, people with disabilities, political dissidents, homosexuals, interracial couples, and criminals.  The "social turmoil" category included Communists, Jews, Romani people, Jehovah's Witnesses, "non-white" or non-Caucasian peoples, and some clergy.  More than any other of these groups, the Jews soon became the primary focus of this {geno}cidal policy.  The concept culminated in {Nazi} extermination camps, instituted to systematically kill those who were unworthy to live according to {Nazi ideologists}.  It also justified various human experimentation and eugenics programs, as well as {Nazi} racial policies

According to the author of "Medical Killing" and the "Psychology of Genocide psychiatrist" Robert Jay Lifton, the policy went through a number of iterations and modifications: Of the five identifiable steps by which the Nazis carried out the principle of "life unworthy of life," coercive sterilization was the first.  There followed the killing of "impaired" children in hospitals; and then the killing of "impaired" adults, mostly collected from mental hospitals, in centers especially equipped with carbon monoxide gas.    

This project was extended (in the same killing centers) to "impaired" inmates of concentration and extermination camps and, finally, to mass killings in the extermination camps themselves.
